What I Had For Breakfast: Day 7

Today, I had the following for breakfast:
1 small apple - 95 cal.
1 slice whole grain toast - 100 cal.
1 small egg (scrambled into an omelette) - 92 cal.
1/2 cup spinach - 3.5 cal.
1 tsp ground basil - 4 cal.
1 tsp cayenne pepper - 6 cal.
1 glass Florida's Natural orange juice (no pulp) - 121 cal.
Total: 421.5 calories
