What I Had For Breakfast: Day 6

Reinvent the usual pancakes. Add a healthy edge to it! :)
Since I'm back on the workout bandwagon, I decided to re-think what I eat so that I get to achieve my goals quicker and in a more effective manner. Got this recipe from www.toneitup.tv, a great Youtube channel filled with workouts and healthy ideas that are really easy to incorporate into your day to day. This particular one's reaaaaallly yummy! :) Enjoy!

Today, I had the following for breakfast:
Protein pancakes (which I split with my sister)
1 egg white - 17 cal
1 medium size banana - 105 cal
1/2 cup steel cut oats - 74 cal
1 cup Designer Whey protein powder - 100 cal
1 tsp. maple syrup - 26 cal
Total: 322 calories
