What's so important about planning your meals? Simply put - it helps you avoid having to settle for unhealthy, fatty food with empty calories that leave you sad and full of regret. Hahaha! Case in point: I haven't been quite the planner lately so all I've done was have a glass of milktea the past five days. I am painfully paying for all that sugar right now, believe me. So my challenge for the coming week is to actually plan and write down a detailed plan of all my meals for the next seven days. Good luck!
