What I Had for Breakfast: Day 5
Jam is made from whole fruit, jelly from fruit juice!
Today, I had the following for breakfast:
1 small apple - 77 cal.
1 wheat toast - 62 cal.
1 scrambled egg - 92 cal.
2 tbsp. strawberry jam - 100 cal.
Total: 331 calories
So far so good with my first week of healthy breakfasts =)
