What I Had for Breakfast: Day 2

Today, August 30, I had the following for breakfast:
1. 1 medium size apple (with skin) - 95 cal.
2. 1 cup low fat milk - 105 cal.
3. 1 serving Weet-Bix cereal - 132 cal.
4. 1 tsp flaxseeds - 27.5 cal.
5. Approx. 3 tbsp. Mueslix & Almond Cluster cereal (Nestle) - about 70 cal.
Total: 429.5 calories

I'm within the allotted calorie budget for breakfast, yay! Now on to the trickier parts of the day.... wish me luck!
